We are Property Investors with decades of property experience. We assist and support our Investors to grow their property portfolios. We source Land, BMV properties, either residential or commercial and mostly off-market and by auction.
The team at Oliver Luxe Properties have extensive experience in Land and Property sourcing in converting houses into flats, renovations for flips, buy-to-lets, holiday let/serviced accommodation and much more.
We have experience in architecture for layouts and improvements, interior decoration upgrades and staging advice. We advise our clients how to maximise the wow factor of their properties to create the highest possible value.
We are passionate about all things property and continue to dedicate our knowledge and commit our time to deliver outstanding service and results to our highly valued Clients.

KIM OLIVER, F.ISMM, Ad Prof. Dip PC. Founder and CEO
Kim started her property journey aged 21 purchasing her first house at auction and converting it into 2 flats. Age 26 Kim was made Director of a London Property Management & Development company, responsible for finding BMV properties.
From 1996-1998 Kim lived and worked in St Petersburg, Florida. She worked for retired Philanthropist John Galbraith (formerly of Templeton-Galbraith Hansberger Mutual Funds which sold for $913M in 1992) vetting charities and large scale potential investments, such as requesting funding for a new salination plant to turn seawater into drinking water etc.
During 2002-2006 Kim worked for blue chip property company, McCarthy & Stone, implementing sales and marketing strategies, pricing apartments and valuing dependent properties, whilst managing her award-winning team of sales consultants over multiple sites. In 2004 Kim was made a Fellow of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management. In 2006 Kim was head hunted as Sales & Marketing Director by Beechwood Homes, moving into high end luxury detached homes in London, Herts, Beds & Bucks.
In 2008 Kim trained as a Psychotherapist volunteering for a bereavement charity and ran her private practice until 2022.
Alongside this from 2013-2019 Kim and her Architect Husband set up the South East Land Agency, successfully sourcing off-market land for Property Developers, until Brexit.. and Covid. Since 2017 Kim has been buying, renovating and setting up holiday let properties.
Kim is the Founder and Managing Director of Oliver Luxe Properties, where she combines her extensive property skills and experience, with her knowledge and flair for interiors, to indulge her passion to buy, renovate and style residential properties.
JOHN AUSTEN, M.A., BSC. Director
John’s career has seen him found and manage various successful start-up companies within the Events Industry over the past fourteen years. He has also trained in I.T. and coding.
John brings to Oliver Luxe Properties his knowledge and understanding of the Lettings market and has a particular interest in acquiring Property Development for letting purposes.
John brings his energy and enthusiasm to Oliver Luxe Properties with a view to sourcing, investing, developing and letting properties to provide comfortable homes at affordable prices across the UK..
ANDREW OLIVER. Dip Arch, RIBA. Consultant
Andrew’s career began in Architecture designing retail and industrial developments then on to Saudi Arabia designing an International airport. In 1978 he worked in Kuwait developing a new town in the desert and a Palace for the Kuwaiti royal family.
In 1982 Andrew and his team worked on residential developments throughout the South East with most National House Builders and he was the Company’s Expert Witness in Public Enquiries to secure planning permission for land to build new property developments. He was promoted to M.D. in 2002, achieving a turnover of £40M with 130 staff within 5 years.
Andrew now acts as Consultant to advise and consult on land and properties within the Oliver Luxe Properties portfolio.
